We have a robust track record in advising the corporate community on all employment issues relating to labour matters, with a special focus on resolution of disputes in the labour sector.

Bargaining councils and trade unions have contributed to the complexity of the South African labour sector. To successfully operate in this sector, an up-to-date knowledge of the most recently decided cases and a deep understanding of the relevant labour legislation is required. We have successfully acted on behalf of employers and employees in various disputes in the relevant forums.

We have further advised on collective bargaining issues, drafting employment contracts and agreements and helped develop and implement fair, commercially viable policies and procedures in several industries within the private sector.
